Sleep Requirements for Kids and Us

Mary Sheedy Kurcinka shared these sleep requireents on my radio show today. Here they are!  

 

What are the Sleep requirements for different ages?:

·    Infants 0-12 mon. 14-18 hours

·    Toddler 13-36 mo. 13 hours including nap

·    Pre-schooler 37-60  mo. 12 hours including nap

·    School age 6-12 years old 10-11 hours

·    Adolescent 13-19 years 9.25 hours

·    Adult 20 years- 8.25 hours
